Comments overheard in a crowded elevator...

A friend of my husband was in a crowded elevator, enduring the holiday shopping season. From the front of the elevator, he heard, "Who ever thought of Christmas should be shot!"

Heard from the back of the elevator, "They nailed him to a cross. Is that good enough?"

Silence ensued for the remainder of the ride to the lobby.
